The DLSA Cuttack is functioning at district and Session Judge Court Cuttack premises. The Hon’ble District and Session Judge, Cuttack is the Chairperson of this Authority and a judicial Officer in the Cadre of senior civil Judge is the Secretary of this station. Seven number of Taluk Legal Services Committees namely Athagarh, Banki, Baramba, Narsinghpur, Niali, Salipur & Tigiria are functioning under this Authority. There is a panel of 51 Nos of Panel Lawyer are empanelled under DLSA Cuttack including TLSCs. They are providing quality based Legal Services to the marginalised section of the society. There is also a Panel of 127 Nos of Para Legal Volunteers under DLSA Cuttack including TLSCs. They are very active as well as motivated by humanitarian work. They provide help to the needy and poor people in getting Medical treatment, issuance of Ration Card ,Labour Card ,etc.
